What does companionship look like?

Every individual person is unique and wonderful in their own way.

At LeviCare our popular companionship service allows us to contribute towards the individual person's wellbeing by personalising our companionship support for you.

Day-to-day support

Whether you’re looking for some company a couple of times a week, or wanting someone to help you get out of the house on a day trip - our wellbeing companions can help you with this.

We can even support you with organising a little holiday break away, wherever you choose.

Special interaction

If you’re looking for support with any hobbies, social occasions or meet ups with friends, we’ll do everything we can to help you organise these.

Whether it’s a cup of tea, a conversation or a day out, our friendly wellbeing companion will be with you throughout.

Assistance with tasks

Sometimes the smallest tasks can become our biggest challenges.

Our wellbeing companions can help you with your home chores, support you with your weekly shop (or retail therapy) and even provide assistance with walking the dog!

Help getting out & about

Don’t worry if you don’t have your own method of transport, we do.

We can provide assistance running errands out in the community, accompany you to appointments when needed and provide you with transportation to wherever you need to go.

Is companionship the right level of support for me?

Companionship is all about your individual needs. Living independently with a friendly face by your side in the community, on holiday or simply in your home helping out with the odd-jobs.

Where do you provide this support?

Right now, we are actively providing companionship support across the North West. However, if you live a little further and would like to find out more, give us a call!

Whether you’re wanting some help with a trip to your local supermarket, fancy some lunch out at a nearby restaurant or just want a nosey around the garden centre, these can all be organised.

When do these visits take place?

Our companionship visits are available to be booked anytime between 7am and 10pm.

For the days where you may have special occasions that you don’t want to miss out on, we can make exceptions to these time constraints if they happen to run any earlier or later.

With our quality companionship service, you can live a fulfilling and independent life exactly as you want to.

Your companionship support is completely unique to you and is created with the ultimate goal of reducing loneliness, improving wellbeing and increasing independence.

What does Wellbeing Companionship cost?

All of our Wellbeing Companions have been selected by Senior Staff, have a full enhanced DBS and have completed their training in full, including the care certificate.

Daytime Support

Min 1 hour

Hourly rate: £29.25

Nights & Weekends

Min 1 hour

Hourly rate: £30.50

STEP ONE

Let's arrange a call

Call us on 0161 207 0607 or submit a contact form on our website and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Initially we’ll have a chat over the phone to help give us an idea of how you envision your wellbeing companion will support you with your independence.

STEP TWO

We'll come to you for a visit

Next, a member of our team will visit you in your home (or in a place of your choosing) and we’ll go through our catalogue of companions to decide together on the individual who will best support you and fit your personality.

STEP THREE

Decide on the companion for you

There’s no rush at all with this step, we want you to make a fully informed, comfortable decision when it comes to the companion who will be supporting you. Once everything is agreed and in place, your companion visits will begin.
